Process client reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately. Ensure all bookings comply with company policies, travel regulations, and client preferences. Expertly navigate both Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems to book, modify, and manage travel itineraries. Maintain knowledge of the latest GDS functionalities, tools, and updates to enhance service delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to GDS bookings or system performance. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably with expertise in Amadeus and Sabre GDS. In-depth knowledge of travel industry standards, airline operations, and booking procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
