Ihre Aufgaben

• 1st level online support
• Technical support for software maintenance customers
• Software installation and customer training on site
• Sales support through demos and presentations, and customer support through implementation
• Willingness to travel approx. 50% (trips within North America)
• Preparation / tracing of errors (bugs) for software programming
• Testing of software releases (user tests)
• Assistance in the creation of training manuals for software modules and software interfaces

Ihr Profil

• Experience as a software technician and in 1st level support (ideally in a technical software application environment)
• Experience in dealing with databases (MS SQL Server)
• Communication and guidance (teaching) skills in dealing with customers
• Exceptionally good written and spoken English
• Understanding of technical relationships (ideally in CNC production, tools, CAD / CAM, etc.)
