As a Senior Benefits Analyst for the Corporate benefits team, this individual will conduct operational and financial audits and analysis of the U.S. benefit programs for Oak View Group. Key responsibilities include the reconciliation and analysis of benefit vendor invoices and payments to annual budget, reconciliation of premiums collected to expected budget, analysis of claims activity against the budget and enrollment projections for corporate level planning and forecasting, timely and accurate benefit financial reporting for internal and external use, and supporting cross-functional teams’ requests as needed.
