The Guest Services Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests attending events at Blue Arena. This position assists with guest interactions, access control, wayfinding, and event operations while ensuring facility policies and procedures are followed. Team Members serve as ambassadors for the venue by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service before, during, and after events in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00
