Logistics Operator / Team Leader - F/M

Your Responsibilities : During the low season: Ensure the receipt and shipment of sugar in compliance with established procedures Supply loading stations and load containers Check the condition of equipment and report any anomalies Maintain documentation and records of operations During the high season : Supervise teams and organize storage and shipping operations (sugar, pellets, syrups, vinasse) Monitor loading processes and ensure product compliance Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and food quality standards Manage disputes and perform first-level interventions On a daily basis : Monitor and inspect equipment Manage incoming and outgoing flows Oversee the smooth running of logistics operations Supervise teams (during campaign per iods) Enforce and follow safety and quality procedures
