JOB.TITLE (Full-time) Your responsibilities You keep our production machines and systems with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components in good working order – through repair and conversion With predictive maintenance, you ensure that our machinery runs smoothly and that breakdowns do not occur in the first place If something goes wrong, you are there to help: you quickly find faults and fix them on site You support production by building tools and fixtures yourself, thereby facilitating the process You also contribute your creativity by further developing tools and equipment – specifically for the manufacture of our high-performance steel ropes How to convince us Completed training as a mechanical engineer and several years of experience in maintenance, ideally in a production facility Knowledge of turning, milling, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding (E-Hand and MAG) Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (05:00–13:00 and 13:00–21:00) Crane and forklift licences are an advantage Good knowledge of German and a flexible, reliable and independent way of working with a solution-oriented team spirit What we offer you What makes this job special: Contribute your own technical ideas and meaningful improvements in machine maintenance and servicing – and thus actively shape the business.
