JOB.TITLE (Full-time) Your responsibilities Strategic responsibility for the fibers product group (Fiber Rope Division) and selected Group-wide product groups, as well as the implementation of cost optimization measures within these product groups Development and implementation of sustainable product group strategies, taking into account market, cost, and corporate objectives Analysis of international procurement markets and identification of appropriate measures for purchasing and risk management Strategic selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers, as well as conducting audits in an international context Independently leading price and contract negotiations and concluding framework and supply agreements Close collaboration with internal departments such as Development, Product Management, Quality, and Logistics to ensure an optimal supply of materials How to convince us Completed business or technical degree (university or university of applied sciences), ideally with a focus on procurement or supply chain management Substantial professional experience (3+ years) in the strategic management of product groups - ideally as a lead buyer - as well as in establishing and developing international supplier partnerships Strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of international procurement markets An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a passion for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Excellent German and English language skills What we offer you A key role with high visibility and real scope to shape things Professional and personal development opportunities through our Teufelberger Academy Strong team spirit, short decision-making paths, and diverse development opportunities - complemented by attractive benefits such as a fitness center, cafeteria, and voluntary commuting allowance MORE than the minimum salary under the collective bargaining agreement, starting at € 3,940.88 gross per month.
