For our location in OU.LOCATION for the Division Wire Rope we are currently seeking individuals who are as diverse as the industries for which we manufacture our products. JOB.TITLE (Full-time) Your responsibilities Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers, in the Rope Safety Business Unit within the sales territory of Upper Austria, parts of Salzburg, and the Czech Republic Independently managing the sales territory, including route planning, customer data maintenance, and CRM reporting Monitoring the market and supporting sales management in market research Collaborating with product management on analyses and product development Close collaboration with the internal sales team on preparing quotes and processing orders How to convince us Completed education with experience in technical sales Experience in technical field service, as well as a strong understanding of technical and business matters, ideally with a focus on the sale of wire ropes Very good German and English language skills Training in personal protective equipment for fall protection is a plus Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 4 days per week) Independent, flexible individual with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills What we offer you A well-structured onboarding process within a close-knit team, as well as significant autonomy, flat hierarchies, and quick decision-making processes A varied, independent sales role with significant autonomy An attractive and innovative product portfolio Professional and personal development opportunities through our Teufelberger Academy MORE than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement of €3,802.93 gross, plus bonuses and a company car.
