About The Role

Position Overview We are seeking a disciplined Process Operator to join our production team in Nordhavn. We are currently in a critical scale-up phase, moving from pilot-scale to industrializing our foundation. You will play a hands-on role in operating our fermentation and bioreactor units and ensuring our food products meet strict quality and output targets. The Role This is a part-time position for an operator who understands that precision in production leads to high quality products. You will report directly to the Plant Manager and work within a small and technical team. Key Responsibilities Execute Production Batches: Operate Solid State Fermentation (SSF) and Hydrolysis units, ensuring recipes and standard procedures are followed. Master New Technology: Manage the daily operation of our new hydrolysis tanks and SSF incubator to drive our shipped-on-time targets. Uphold Quality Standards: Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety protocols. Process Control: Monitor critical parameters (temperature, pH, humidity) and log data accurately to improve our process. Cleaning: Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) and manual cleaning procedures. Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks on the floor and report them to the Plant Manager to improve the factory in all aspects. Who You Are You are reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You understand that in a small team, your attendance and focus directly impact our success as a business. Experience: Preferably at least 3 years as a Process Operator, preferably in food production, fermentation, or biotech. Technical Mindset: Comfortable operating HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces) and mechanical processing equipment. Quality First: Familiarity with HACCP or FSSC 22000 standards is highly valued. Physical Robustness: Physically capable of handling raw materials and navigating a production environment. Language: Proficient in English (corporate language); Danish is a plus. The Setup Time: Part-time Reporting to: Plant Manager Location: On-site in Nordhavn, Copenhagen (Main office and Production Facility)
