Process Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities: · Thermal design of Boiler / Heater in respective software. · Sizing of Fans, Pumps, Burners, dampers, ducts, piping, safety valves, · Preparing Specifications and review offer for fans, pumps, burners, dampers, auxiliaries · Proposal and contract stage P&ID, PFD, GA, datasheet preparation · Read Tender Specification and prepare clarifications and deviations. Note budget points. · Prepare Bill of materials for purpose of budgeting · Prepare instrumentation data for control valves, pressure, temperature and flow instruments. · Basic understanding of ERP system such as BaaN , PLM · Basic Understanding documentation flow between various departments & customer interface.
