Routing of Tomlinson-owned trucks on various sites Collaborate with operations managers, superintendents, foremen and others to ensure resources are distributed accordingly; attend daily meeting Coordinates with other Dispatchers and sales team on trucking operations and needs Helps with haul rates when required Reviews and approves rental ticket bookings Handles any disputes pertaining to rental tickets Assist accounting with external truck hiring packages, billing third party vendors and ensure proper payments have been made Inquiring and assisting with annual trucking rental rates Assist with finances related to logistics, Fiori and SAP Assist vendor with revenue issues Helps with questions from field staff
