Route Supervisor, Comfort Station

Overall supervision of all Comfort Station drivers Provide drivers with coaching, mentoring and conflict resolution Maintain the highest possible safety standards and customer service and employee engagement Work closely with the Operation Supervisor Operations Manager to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems Ensure drivers are performing proper vehicle inspections and keeping their vehicles clean Ongoing review of routes for optimization with dispatch Fill in for dispatch on occasion Provide recommendations and implement efficiencies Ensure that drivers are performing their duties to Tomlinson standards Coordinate vehicle maintenance activities Build and maintain relationships with customers. Perform site visits and driver observations. Make appropriate recommendations for areas of improvement Ensure employee and customer requests are dealt with immediately Conduct regular safety meetings with drivers Conduct employee evaluations and one on one meetings Actively participate in COR processes and documentation Promote safety in all tasks
