Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions to support business processes. Build and support Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, task tracking, and process automation. Create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and DAX measures. Design clean, reliable Power BI data models with proper relationships, measures, and business-friendly reporting structures. Use Power Query to transform, clean, combine, and prepare data from multiple sources. Optimize Power BI reports and semantic models for performance, usability, refresh reliability, and maintainability. Connect solutions to SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft 365 services, and other business systems. Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical technical solutions. Troubleshoot app, flow, reporting, data connection, refresh, and performance issues. Support modernization of legacy SharePoint forms and workflows where required. Provide technical support, documentation, and end-user training.
