Ability to read construction drawings, pull information to set proper grades. Proficient with the operating of a rotating laser level and be able to work with GPS would be an asset Ability to read plans and mathematically inclined to accurately complete many functions of the job Installation of stakes as required for layout purposes Measures distances from reference points to locate boundaries of construction site Ability to work in and implement safe work practices and contribute to a safe work environment Have an understanding of the issues involving ground disturbances Ability to work in and implement safe work practices and contribute to safe work environment. Understanding of fine grading Work as a team with other crew members on daily activities of the jobsite. Ability to grade basements to USF Positive and respectful attitude Attention to detail Experience working on construction sites is considered an asset Ability to lift heavy loads
