Coordinator, Business Transformation Center of Excellence

Responsible for supporting the Global Business Transformation function in the execution of the transformational initiatives that ensure CooperVision achieves its commercial goals. It is expected that this role will evolve along with CVI’s maturity in transformation and will require close collaboration with departmental colleagues and stakeholders across the division. Responsible for shaping and supporting the processes that underpin transformation delivery including meeting planning, maintenance of collaboration sites, documentation maintenance and preparing summary management reports based on departmental KPIs.
