The Delhi franchise centres are expanding their academic team and are looking to onboard experienced faculty members for

VARC (Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension)

and

  • QA/DILR (Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation / Logical Reasoning)
  • to support growing student enrollments.

Role Overview

The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence for entrance exam preparation programs. The role requires strong conceptual clarity, engaging teaching methods, and the ability to simplify complex topics for students preparing for competitive exams.

Faculty members may be required to

travel across multiple centres in Delhi and Gurgaon

based on academic scheduling requirements.

Both

full-time and part-time applications are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

Deliver classroom sessions for

VARC

or

QA/DILR

  • for programs related to CLAT, IPMAT, and other relevant entrance examinations.
  • Explain concepts clearly and adopt engaging teaching methodologies suited for competitive exam preparation.
  • Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic guidance to students.
  • Help students develop problem-solving strategies and exam-taking techniques.

Content & Academic Support

  • Contribute to preparation and review of academic content, practice questions, and mock tests.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and mock exams.
  • Provide feedback to students on areas of improvement.

Student Mentorship

  • Mentor students to improve their conceptual clarity and exam strategy.
  • Support students in building confidence and consistency in preparation.

Centre Coordination

  • Coordinate with academic teams across centres to ensure smooth batch scheduling.
  • Travel between centres in

Delhi and Gurgaon

as required for class delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

Prior teaching experience in

VARC or QA/DILR

  • for competitive exams such as CLAT, IPMAT, CAT, CUET, or similar exams is highly preferred.
  • Freshers with strong subject expertise and excellent teaching aptitude may also be considered.

Key Skills

Strong conceptual clarity in
