About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of student counselling/admissions and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions, especially in the legal domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career paths
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Handle end-to-end admission process including follow-ups and conversions
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
• Stay updated with course offerings and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling/admissions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Passion for education and student success, preferably in the legal domain
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
