We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented

Assistant Manager – Operations

to manage and strengthen our centre operations in Dehradun. The role requires a strong blend of

institutional marketing, student counselling, and operational management

to ensure smooth centre functioning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Marketing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and outreach activities.
  • Generate leads through institutional tie-ups and local marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and branding activities in the assigned region.

Centre Counselling

  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and competitive exam preparation.
  • Handle walk-ins, lead follow-ups, and admission conversions effectively.
  • Maintain a positive student experience throughout the admission journey.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Centre Operations

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
  • Manage class schedules, student coordination, and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with academic, sales, and support teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain operational reports, MIS, and centre performance data.
  • Ensure high standards of student satisfaction and centre discipline.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Counselling, Business Development, or EdTech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Local market understanding of Dehradun will be an added advantage.
