About The Role
Work Type: Work From Office
Stipend: INR 12K-18K
Duration: 3 Months Internship / Contract Role
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with enrolled students over calls
- Help students during onboarding
- Create and manage WhatsApp groups
- Coordinate between students and mentors
- Resolve basic student queries and coordination issues
Requirements
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English
- Comfortable on calls
- Customer support / coordination background preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred (within 3-4 days)
- We are open to both internship as well as contract candidates for 3 months, depending on the candidates availability and background.
