About The Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Judiciary Faculty member to train and mentor students preparing for UP State Judicial Services Examinations, APO examinations, and other law-related competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject matter expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

Deliver high-quality classroom and online lectures for Judiciary and APO examinations.

Teach core law subjects such as

Constitution of India

Civil Procedure Code (CPC)

Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC/BNSS)

Indian Penal Code (IPC/BNS)

Evidence Act (BSA)

Contract Act

Transfer of Property Act

Specific Relief Act

Jurisprudence

  • Family Laws and other judiciary subjects
  • Conduct doubt-solving sessions and personalized academic support.

Content Development

  • Prepare study material, class notes, assignments, and question banks.
  • Create and review mock tests, sectional tests, and answer-writing exercises.
  • Continuously update content in line with changing examination patterns and legal developments.

Student Mentorship

  • Guide students on preparation strategy, answer writing, and interview preparation.
  • Monitor student performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Conduct mentoring sessions to improve student engagement and outcomes.

Academic Excellence

  • Stay updated with recent judgments, legislative amendments, and judiciary examination notifications.
  • Contribute to academic research and innovation within the judiciary vertical.
  • Participate in faculty training and academic planning initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • LL.B. (Mandatory)
  • LL.M. preferred
  • Judiciary examination experience (appeared in Mains/Interview or qualified stages) will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of teaching experience in Judiciary/APO/Law competitive examinations preferred.
  • Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and strong communication skills may also apply.

Desired Skills

  • Strong command over substantive and procedural laws.
  • Excellent classroom management and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
  • Proficiency in both English and Hindi teaching mediums.
  • Strong mentoring and student engagement abilities.
  • Comfortable with both offline and online teaching platforms.
