Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Explain Toprankers' courses, programs, and offerings in detail.
• Understand students' educational requirements and guide them towards suitable courses.
• Schedule counselling sessions and follow-ups with the Academic Counselling team.
• Maintain and update student information in the CRM system.
• Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversions and admissions.
• Handle basic queries related to courses, fees, batches, and admission processes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or EdTech counselling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
