About The Role
Product Support: Support for Asset Services on installed base and Reporting at a global level across factories. Processes: Work with EMEA and Americas teams to develop, improve, and streamline customer support processes. Partnerships : Support the development of partnerships with external vendors and assist in creating required offers and documentation. Project Management : Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on project activities, track progress, follow up on action items, and support reporting. Technical Development : Support the development of AI-based tools for internal reporting and business applications. Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, After Sales, local business units, IT, and global factories to develop and implement joint solutions.
