Work Study, Student Ambassador (Student Affairs)

Learning Objectives: Student Ambassadors will develop and demonstrate foundational professional competencies in customer service, communication, and student support by effectively assisting peers with college systems, resources, and processes. Through hands-on experience, students will strengthen problem-solving skills, digital literacy (e.g., My Tri-C Space navigation), and the ability to assess student needs and provide appropriate referrals. Additionally, Student Ambassadors will enhance leadership, teamwork, and intercultural competence by supporting campus events and engaging with diverse student populations. By the end of the experience, student employees will be able to confidently represent the College, apply institutional knowledge to real-world situations, and reflect on their role in promoting student success and completion.
