About The Role

Main purpose of the job: To execute payroll and employee benefits activities by ensuring accurate processing of payroll inputs, employee benefits transactions, statutory administration, and employee records in accordance with company policies, applicable regulations, and established service standards. Main duties and responsibilities: Prepare payroll inputs by collecting, validating, and updating employee data, attendance records, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components. Execute monthly payroll administration activities in accordance with payroll schedules and established procedures. Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, BPJS, pension, medical benefits, leave administration, and other employee welfare programs. Process employee enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits with external providers in accordance with company policies. Prepare and maintain payroll documentation, employee benefits records, and statutory administration documents accurately and confidentially. Coordinate with Finance and Tax functions to support payroll reconciliation, statutory payments, and payroll reporting requirements. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, taxation, BPJS, insurance, and other payroll-related matters in a timely and professional manner. Ensure payroll and benefits transactions comply with company policies, labor regulations, taxation requirements, BPJS regulations, and audit requirements. Support payroll closing activities by performing payroll verification and identifying discrepancies prior to payroll finalization. Prepare regular payroll and benefits reports for management, statutory reporting, and internal monitoring purposes. Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of payroll and benefits data. Support internal and external audit activities by preparing payroll documents, employee records, and supporting evidence as required. Participate in payroll system testing, process improvements, and implementation of new payroll or employee benefits initiatives. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline Minimum 5-8 years of experience in payroll , employee benefits, HR operations, or related areas. Good understanding of payroll and employee benefits processes. Having nowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, taxation (pph 21), and BPJS Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work with confidential employee information. Good communication and customer service orientation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems would be an advantage
