About The Role
Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: SAFETY MANAGER Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIRMENETS Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Economics, Management, or a related discipline. Valid HSE certification issued by the Government or a recognized professional organization. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction HSE management and supervision, including at least 8 years in oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, geothermal, power generation, or major civil infrastructure projects. Within the last 12 years , must have served as a Safety Manager (or equivalent) on EPC or similar construction projects for multinational companies, with a minimum project value of IDR 200 billion and managing at least 200 contractor personnel , including subcontractors. Strong knowledge of construction HSE management, construction equipment safety, Incident and Injury Free (IIF) principles, and international HSE standards and best practices. Demonstrated leadership in HSE management, with a solid understanding of business administration and contract principles. Strong communication, leadership, coordination, facilitation, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Able to deliver presentations and innovation proposals in both Bahasa Indonesia and English as part of the selection process. Must meet the Company's Fit for Duty requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Contractor's Safety Department to ensure the effective implementation of the Company's HSE requirements and safety management program. Manage and oversee all occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities throughout the project, including planning, audits, inspections, incident investigations, emergency response, and reporting. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including leading and lagging indicators, incident statistics, and corrective actions. Develop and promote mandatory HSE training programs, including Safety Induction, Safe Work Practices (SWP), and other Company-required safety programs. Support the Company in delivering HSE training, safety campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives when required. Work closely with the Company and Construction Contractors to ensure all Company HSE programs are effectively implemented. Promote a strong safety culture and recommend innovative HSE improvement programs. Report to and support the Program Manager on all HSE-related matters.
