Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience in construction planning, execution, and supervision. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Construction Field Supervisor on projects in one or more of the following industries: a) Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Facilities b) Civil Construction (High-rise Buildings/Bridges) c) Public Works & Spatial Planning (DPU/PUPR) d) Mining e) Geothermal f) Power Generation Demonstrated ability to identify construction issues in the field and provide effective guidance to Construction Contractors to ensure timely resolution. Good knowledge of construction scheduling, productivity measurement methods, construction equipment specifications and operations, as well as construction techniques and procedures. Strong understanding and commitment to implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices during construction activities. Strong leadership, supervision, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to report to and support the Lead Construction in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities performed by Construction Contractors. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices at the construction site. Assist and guide Construction Contractors in the preparation of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP), ensuring its completeness and compliance before construction activities commence. Monitor construction progress through field inspections, measurements, and progress reporting, including performing Quantity Survey functions when required. Coordinate with Material, Construction Equipment, Quality Control, Project Control, and HSE teams to ensure construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with the approved CEP. Collaborate with Contractors and Company representatives to ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements. Conduct routine site supervision to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements. Verify that all construction work is completed in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and contractual obligations. Implement and maintain Company construction supervision systems, processes, and procedures throughout project execution. Review and direct Contractor personnel to ensure work is performed in accordance with Company operating procedures, project requirements, and HSE standards. Support the Lead Construction in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities performed by Construction Contractors. Perform additional responsibilities, including SWP (Site Work Person) duties, when assigned by the Company in accordance with project requirements.
