About The Role

Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: LEAD CONSTRUCTION Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in construction planning, execution, and supervision. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Construction or Construction Superintendent on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Public Works (DPU/PUPR), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects. Proven ability to identify construction issues and potential risks, provide sound technical advice, and support Construction Contractors in delivering safe, effective, and efficient construction execution. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, productivity measurement techniques, construction methods, and field execution planning. Through understanding of construction equipment specifications, equipment operations, construction techniques, and industry best practices. Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, with the ability to promote and enforce safe work practices throughout construction activities. Excellent leadership, supervision, communication, coordination, facilitation, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Able to lead multidisciplinary construction teams and coordinate effectively with contractors, project management, engineering, quality, HSE, and client representatives to achieve project objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee construction planning, execution, and supervision to ensure activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements. Supervise and provide guidance to Construction Supervisors while coordinating with Quality, Equipment, HSE, Engineering, and Project Control teams. Ensure Construction Contractors comply with approved Construction Execution Plans (CEP), Company procedures, project specifications, and HSE standards. Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality construction practices by providing technical guidance and resolving construction issues in a timely manner. Monitor construction progress, identify risks and potential delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives. Collaborate with Contractors and Company representatives to ensure effective coordination and successful project execution. Act as the construction Subject Matter Expert (SME) by supporting constructability reviews and reviewing Construction Execution Plans (CEP) before field execution. Promote continuous improvement by supporting Company initiatives and recommending process and construction execution improvements. Report to and support the Construction Manager in managing all construction planning and supervision activities.
