About The Role
Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: LEAD SAFETY Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any discipline with at least 8 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any discipline with at least 10 years of experience in construction execution and HSE management. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Lead Safety, HSE Lead , or equivalent leadership role on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Public Works (DPU/PUPR), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects. Holds a valid Government-issued or internationally recognized HSE certification obtained within the last 5 years, relevant to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction HSE management, risk assessment, safe work practices, construction equipment safety, and applicable national and international HSE codes and standards. Experienced in incident investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reporting of HSE incidents. Demonstrated leadership in promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and Company requirements. Excellent leadership, supervision, communication, coordination, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Able to lead HSE teams, provide technical guidance, and work collaboratively with Contractors, Project Management, and Company representatives to achieve project HSE objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and supervise the Safety Supervisors and Safety Specialists to ensure effective implementation of HSE management throughout construction activities. Ensure Construction Contractors comply with Company HSE policies, procedures, regulations, and project safety requirements. Monitor and oversee the implementation of Contractors' HSE plans, ensuring safe work practices are consistently followed on site. Coordinate and support the delivery of mandatory HSE training, site safety induction, and Safe Work Practices (SWP) for all contractor personnel. Lead the reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis of HSE incidents, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Monitor, analyze, and maintain accurate HSE performance statistics and reports for construction activities. Collaborate with Contractors, Project Management, and Company representatives to ensure construction activities are executed safely and in compliance with project requirements. Drive HSE awareness and continuous improvement initiatives through safety campaigns, training, coaching, and other Company HSE programs. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on HSE matters and report project HSE performance to the Safety Manager.
