About The Role

Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Engineering, Science, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls, including at least 8 years supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects. Proven experience within the last 12 years as a Project Controls Manager or in a leadership role managing Project Controls teams, including Schedulers and Cost Controllers, on EPC/EPCI or similar industrial projects. Strong knowledge of project controls principles, including planning and scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, risk management, and project performance reporting. Proficient in project scheduling methodologies and project controls software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other relevant project management and reporting systems. Strong understanding of project controls standards, procedures, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, supervision, communication, coordination, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Able to prepare and deliver a presentation, including a motivational essay and innovation program, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English as part of the Company's evaluation and interview process. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the Project Controls team, including Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Quantity Survey, Material Control, Progress Reporting, and Project Reporting functions. Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems, processes, and procedures to ensure effective planning, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting, and project reporting. Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans, and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee project portfolio planning, resource allocation, work prioritization, and construction progress to optimize project execution. Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Contractors, and Company representatives to ensure timely and accurate project controls information. Review and verify contractors' progress, timesheets, quantity measurements, invoices, change orders, penalties, and payment applications in accordance with contract requirements. Establish and maintain effective project reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support project decision-making and management reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing project controls processes, systems, and reporting tools, and provide guidance to Contractors on project controls best practices. Report to and support the Program Manager in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Company requirements.
