About The Role
Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: PROJECT CONTROLLER Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Engineering, Science, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) with at least 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and project controls. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Controller, Cost Controller, Scheduler, or Planner on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects. Strong knowledge of project controls principles, including planning and scheduling, cost estimation, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, and project reporting. Good understanding of construction execution, project scheduling methodologies, and project control standards and best practices. Proficient in project controls software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant professional certifications in Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, or related disciplines will be an advantage and may be required based on project needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and update project plans, including resource-loaded schedules, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), critical path analysis, and project progress tracking. Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, and scope, and identify risks, variances, and corrective actions. Prepare regular project controls reports, including cost, schedule, progress, forecasting, and monthly accrual reports. Support the development and implementation of project controls processes, procedures, and best practices for planning, scheduling, and cost control. Coordinate with Company teams and Construction Contractors to ensure accurate project planning, reporting, and performance measurement. Assist Construction Contractors in developing and maintaining effective planning, scheduling, and cost control systems. Prepare detailed project cost estimates covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, project management, and other project-related activities. Report to and support the Lead Project Controller in managing project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
