Role: Travel Consultant

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international flight amendments including date change, reissuance, rerouting, cancellation, refund, and name correction as per airline policies.
  • Interpret and apply fare rules accurately for revalidation and reissue cases.
  • Coordinate with airlines for waiver approvals, schedule changes, and involuntary cases.
  • Manage ADM prevention by ensuring correct pricing and compliance with airline policies.
  • Provide prompt support to B2B agents via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
  • Maintain TAT and SLA as per company standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper case notes in the system.
  • Handle queue management and prioritize urgent cases.
  • Support escalations and complex amendment scenarios efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of international ticketing and amendment processes.
  • Hands-on experience in GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
  • Good understanding of fare construction and airline penalty structures.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage high volumes.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in international air ticketing/amendments.
  • Experience in B2B travel operations preferred.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
