Key Responsibilities

Handle

  • International & Domestic air ticket refund requests
  • raised by agents on the TripJack platform.
  • Process refunds for
  • cancellations, schedule changes, and airline disruptions
  • .
  • Verify booking details, fare rules, and cancellation policies before processing refunds.

Coordinate with

  • airlines, consolidators, and GDS teams
  • for refund approvals and status updates.

Track

  • pending refunds and follow up with airlines
  • to ensure timely settlement.
  • Maintain proper
  • documentation and records of refund transactions
  • .
  • Communicate refund status and timelines clearly to agents.
  • Ensure compliance with
  • airline policies, ADM rules, and company SOPs
  • .
  • Work closely with
  • ticketing, amendments, and disputes teams
  • for complex cases.

Maintain

  • MIS reports for refund cases and TAT monitoring
  • .

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of
  • International & Domestic air ticketing and refund processes
  • .

Understanding of

  • fare rules, airline policies, and cancellation charges
  • .
  • Experience working with
  • GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
  • .

Familiarity with

  • B2B travel platforms like TripJack, TBO, or similar OTA systems
  • .
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
