Key Responsibilities

Holiday & Cruise Operations

Manage

  • end-to-end holiday bookings
  • (domestic & international) including

Cordelia Cruises

  • Design and curate
  • customized itineraries
  • based on customer requirements
  • Ensure accurate costing, pricing, and timely delivery of proposals

Query Handling & Conversions

Handle inbound/outbound travel queries via calls, emails, and other channels

Drive

  • high conversion rates
  • by providing personalized travel solutions
  • Upsell/cross-sell relevant travel products (hotels, activities, cruises, etc.)

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with

  • internal teams
  • (sales, contracting, ticketing) for smooth execution

Liaise with

  • external partners/vendors
  • (DMCs, hotels, cruise partners)
  • Ensure seamless booking, confirmations, and service delivery

Customer Experience

Ensure a

  • smooth and delightful customer journey
  • from inquiry to trip completion
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and escalations
  • Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction scores

Key Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in
  • holiday packages / travel operations / cruise handling
  • Strong knowledge of
  • domestic & international destinations

Experience with

  • Cordelia Cruises or cruise bookings
  • is a plus
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving approach
