Role Overview

• We are looking for an analytical professional to manage hotel API distribution
• performance, client integrations, and technical support for API partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle technical queries from API clients related to search, availability,

pricing, and booking flows.

• Troubleshoot issues using API documentation, logs, and internal tools.
• Coordinate with the tech team to resolve integration or system issues and

follow up until closure.

• Monitor API integration hygiene including search, detail, review, and booking

flow performance.

• Analyse booking trends across hotels, cities, countries, and clients.
• Identify business opportunities and gaps in distribution performance.
• Prepare regular insights and performance reports.
