Role: Operations Executive – International Holidays and Packages

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for International Holiday Packages. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge across Europe, Far East, and the Middle East, along with hands-on experience in supplier coordination and booking management to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations for international holiday packages, including bookings, confirmations, and documentation.

Conduct hotel price comparisons and recommend suitable alternatives to improve conversion rates.

Coordinate with hotels, DMCs (Destination Management Companies) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Handle escalations, guest concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Ensure timely processing of vouchers, amendments, cancellations, and reconfirmations.

Negotiate and secure competitive rates, upgrades, and value-added benefits for customers.

Maintain defined Turnaround Time (TAT) standards across all operational tasks.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and amendments in internal systems.

Provide support to the sales team to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.

Stay updated with international travel trends and destination knowledge, with strong focus on Europe (e.g., France, Switzerland, Italy), Far East (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia), and Middle East (Dubai).
