HVAC Service Technician – Steady Work + Bonuses + No Sales Pressure

• We’re a fast-growing home service company expanding into HVAC and looking for a reliable, customer-friendly HVAC technician to join our team.
• This is NOT a high-pressure sales environment. We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants consistent, steady income with upside.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform basic installs and replacements
• Communicate clearly with customers (huge priority)
• Identify legitimate repair vs replacement situations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential HVAC (does NOT need to be master-level)
• Must have EPA Section 608 Certification
• Strong people skills (this matters more than being ultra-technical)
• Reliable, professional, and shows up on time
• Able to work independently

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$30/hr base (depending on experience)
