LEVEL 3 VEHICLE OPERATOR Autonomous Vehicle Safety Driver Location: San Francisco, CA Pay: $29.00 Per Hour + Shift Bonuses Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Work Type: On-Site Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing company helping shape the future of self-driving vehicle technology. We are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support autonomous vehicle testing, safety operations, and vehicle readiness in real-world driving environments. This position is ideal for safety-focused drivers with strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to remain attentive for extended driving periods. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in public road environments • Drive 4–8 hours daily with a strong focus on safety and awareness • Perform vehicle readiness inspections and preventative maintenance checks • Conduct basic software and hardware operation tasks • Support vehicle testing, logistics, and operational missions • Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to engineering teams • Assist with documentation, reporting, and performance metrics • Help maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness • Support movement and storage of vehicles and equipment QUALIFICATIONS • Excellent driving history and safe driving habits • Ability to drive for long periods while remaining attentive and professional • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic technical troubleshooting and software operation skills • Ability to follow procedures and work in fast-paced operational environments • Clean background and driving record required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in delivery driving, rideshare, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations • Military, technical, or operations experience • BS/BA Degree or equivalent technical experience • Interest in autonomous vehicle technology and advanced transportation systems PAY & SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS Base Pay: $29.00 Per Hour Additional Shift Bonuses Available: • Weekend Shifts: +5% Per Hour • Night Shifts Starting After 1 PM: +2% Per Hour • Weekend Night Shifts: Up to +7% Total Bonus Pay AVAILABLE SHIFTS Day Shifts • 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM • 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM • 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM Night Shifts • 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM • 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM • 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM • 5:45 PM – 2:00 AM Schedule Options • Wednesday – Sunday • Thursday – Monday • Friday – Tuesday • Saturday – Wednesday WHY APPLY? • Work with cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology • Long-term full-time opportunity • Multiple shift options available • Competitive hourly pay with bonus opportunities • Gain hands-on experience in autonomous vehicle operations • Work closely with engineering and operations teams • Be part of the future of mobility and transportation Apply today if you are a safety-focused driver interested in advanced vehicle technology and operational excellence.
