This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of transportation technology and play a direct role in the future of autonomous mobility. As a Vehicle Operator, you’ll help ensure the safe operation, testing, maintenance, and readiness of advanced autonomous vehicles while collaborating with engineering and operations teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Why Join Us? Competitive pay starting at $29/hour Weekend shifts earn an additional 5% bonus pay Night shifts starting at 1:00 PM or later earn an extra 2% bonus Earn up to 7% additional pay on qualifying weekend night shifts Gain hands-on experience in the autonomous vehicle industry Work alongside engineering, operations, and technology teams Be part of shaping the future of transportation Shift Options Day Shifts 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM Night Shifts 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM 5:45 PM – 2:00 AM Available Schedules Wednesday – Sunday Thursday – Monday Friday – Tuesday Saturday – Wednesday What You’ll Do Support daily autonomous vehicle operations Safely drive and monitor vehicles for 4–8 hours per shift Conduct software and hardware testing tasks Assist with operational missions both inside and outside vehicles Document performance metrics and provide detailed feedback Collaborate with engineering and operations teams Perform basic preventative vehicle maintenance checks Support vehicle logistics, movement, and storage Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness Complete paperwork and operational documentation accurately What We’re Looking For Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain focused in dynamic driving environments Comfortable using technology and following detailed procedures Reliable, adaptable, and mission-driven mindset Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings Be Part of What’s Next This is more than a driving job — it’s an opportunity to help bring autonomous transportation to life.
