About The Role

Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in the ABA clinic. Deliver weekly parent training to individual families receiving therapy. Work with families in their home on a limited basis when appropriate for parent training sessions. Collect and graph data daily, and summarize weekly data at the end of the week. Participate in monthly clinical team meetings to discuss client performance. Receive and respond positively and actively to feedback delivered by the BCBA-D in order to enhance the client treatment program. Participate in regular staff training programs. Contribute to the data collection and implementation of research studies within the clinic.

Minimum Qualification: • High School Diploma • Federal Background Check • Experience working with children (with or without diagnoses) • At least 18 years of age Preferred Qualification: • Training and/or experience in applied behavior analysis • More than two years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities • Experience with home based interventions • Bachelor’s Degree • One year experience working with individuals diagnosed with disabilities • Registered Behavior Technician
