JOB DESCRIPTION Campus Health Pharmacy Cashier Hourly Pay Rate: $10.00 Campus Health Pharmacy Cashier will support the department/organization in various administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service. Operate register and accurately process credit, debit, and insurance-related transactions. Assist customers with prescription pickup while following pharmacy privacy and confidentiality policies. Verify customer identification when required for prescription pickups. Stock shelves and maintain inventory of over-the-counter products and front-end merchandise. Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with routine non-clinical duties. Follow all HIPAA, safety, and company policies regarding customer information and pharmacy operations. Resolve basic customer questions and refer complex issues to pharmacists or supervisors. Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
