JOB DESCRIPTION Student Wave Leader The Student Wave Leader will support the Newcomb Tulane College First-Year Experience Office by being an integral part of New Student Orientation. Responsibilities: Supporting the orientation and transition of new students throughout New Student Orientation and Fall Welcome Supporting new students through Spring Orientation and the beginning of the Spring semester Working closely with a small group of students to familiarize them with life at Tulane Offering guidance and support to first-year students experiencing New Student Orientation Attending trainings and meetings to prepare for Orientations Qualifications: Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University Completion of two academic semesters at Tulane University (potentially) About Us: This position will help student employees demonstrate and cultivate the career readiness competencies in accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
