JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Teaching Assistant Ugrad: $14/hr Grad: $17/hr Course Title: Variety of Design courses (see description) Number of Positions Available: 18 Application Deadline: July 31, 2026 Position Description: The Design Program faculty seeks approximately 18 student Teaching Assistants for a variety of Design studio and lecture courses. Design TAs will work closely with faculty to plan and deliver an engaging course experience; and with students to foster creative growth and development of technical craft. See application questionnaire for full course schedule. Expected Duties: Assist professor in class organization and planning, tracking attendance and assignment completion. Attend all class meetings. Host at least one office hour per week outside of class time. Communicate with students to answer questions and offer both creative and technical support. Engage students with course material through discussion and activities.
