**Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor – CPG Distribution (exp. req.) Description**

Our client in the food and beverage distribution industry is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to add to their team in Plainview, NY. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for helping lead the day-to-day warehouse team, supporting receiving, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory control, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. Our client is looking for someone with supervisory experience in warehouse operations in a distribution/fulfillment environment, who can keep the floor organized, support and hold team members accountable, and maintain strong inventory and fulfillment standards. **Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor – CPG Distribution (exp. req.) Responsibilities**

• Supervise daily warehouse activity, including receiving, shipping, dispatch, and fulfillment
• Lead a small team of full-time and contract warehouse employees
• Help keep the team organized and ensure daily priorities are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
• Track expiration dates and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Use WMS and QuickBooks data to maintain orders, inventory records, and documentation
• Coordinate order timing to help meet customer cancel dates and fulfillment deadlines
• Suggest improvements in warehouse layout, space, and processes as the company grows
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

**Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor – CPG Distribution (exp. req.) Qualifications**

• 2+ years of supervisory experience required
• 2+ years of inventory control, logistics and order fulfillment experience required
• 2+ years of warehouse operations in distribution center environment experience required
• Proficiency with warehouse management software required
