PREP Scholars

This staff position is associated with the UNM Post-baccalaureate Research and Education Programs (PREP), thus only those individuals applying to PREP should submit an application. See the PREP website for more details ( ). PREP scholars are expected to conduct high level research in their laboratory in collaboration with their mentor, attend regular weekly PREP meetings, participate in professional conference and engage in other typical research activities. Scholars are expected to apply to multiple graduate programs during their time in PREP. The goal is to prepare scholars with professional, academic and personal development in order to successfully transition to PhD programs in medical research.
