As a member of the Bronfman Center's senior leadership team, the Associate Director of Programs will execute the vision and mission of the Bronfman Center; ensure appropriate internal alignment with staff, services, and programs; determine and establish performance standards, resources, processes, and metrics to support the overall organizational mission.
