Serve as Head Varsity Coach M/W Varsity Tennis: Demonstrate effective teaching and coaching skills, tactics and technique; Plan and implement game strategies for demonstration at practices and varsity competitions; Plan and organize team practices and develop multi-year varsity competition schedules; Develop and implement strategies to recruit student athletes; assess team's future needs (numbers, skills); identify schools and individuals to target for recruitment.
