Residence Hall Assistant Director - Live In

Reporting to the Residence Hall Director (RHD) and serving as a member of the three-person leadership team for the assigned residence hall, this live-in position manages the residence hall's day-to-day community development initiatives and programs in an effort to create residential living/learning communities. Supervises Resident Assistants (RAs) and advises hall council. Provides crisis intervention to residents; assesses nature of problems and resolves or refers to supervisor for resolution. Conducts investigations of alleged violations of University and residence policies; holds meetings, determines degree/seriousness of violations, and issue sanctions.
