Vice President, Business Development (Retail & E-commerce)

The VP, Business Development is responsible for driving new-logo revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new BPO/CX partnerships within Retail and E-commerce companies. This role owns the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through solutioning, proposal development, and contract close. This role serves as the primary driver of Qualfon's growth strategy within the Retail and E-commerce vertical. The VP partners closely with Solutions, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to build compelling, compliant, and commercially sound offers that win new business and position Qualfon as the best CX partner of choice.
