When we focus our varied talents on reshaping the future of transportation, that’s what we call the POWER OF U.S What You’ll Do: The Fleet Leader will oversee the activities of Driver Leaders and their respective teams of drivers to ensure the utmost in performance, and smooth driver and customer experience. · Manage a community of Driver Leaders whose duties include management of Drivers and tractors to ensure success is achieved for customers and Drivers · Manage work schedules including coverage for holidays, sick days, etc. for all employees · Monitor employee and Driver performance through KPI and soft-skill management · Enhance employee performance through coaching, mentoring and documentation · Managing Driver’s performance while promoting safe operations · Monitor freight assigned to Drivers in order to ensure the highest level of service to our customers · Lead team with strong work ethic integrity · Fill-in for other business needs, as warranted · Monitor and Manage KPI’ for P L Fuel Management, and Utility
