Financial Regulator I

Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Analyze, summarize and review data; report findings, interpret results and make recommendations. Write or draft correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written material. Gather documentation to support negotiated resolution of non-compliance issues. Conduct financial analysis of various insurance companies to determine significant solvency risks of the insurer through analysis and examination procedures. Make recommendations for regulatory action when appropriate. Ensure compliance of applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, etc.
